The only information this website collects is the information you provide through the contact form on the “Get in touch” page of this website. That information pertains to your name, the organization you represent, your (work) email, potentially your (work) phone number and your personal message.

That information is stored in a database, run and maintained in Belgium, and in the relevant mailbox. This information is purely gathered and used for the purposes of client relations, is securely stored, and is deleted as soon as it can no longer serve that purpose. When not in active use, the information is stored for a maximum of ten years.

Your data will never be shared with third parties, except for with your permission or when legally obligated.

If you feel I have not addressed your concerns correctly after having made contact, you have the right to submit a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (i.e. de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, “AP”).

Regarding cookies – this website uses none. There’s no cookie banner because this website does not employ any functional, analytical or targeting/advertising/third party cookies.
